ANCF is designed around a simple newsroom reality: a source, a claim, a draft and a publishing decision are related, but they are not the same thing. The architecture keeps those differences visible while allowing the whole newsroom to work from a shared picture of the story.
Governance sets the rules. Newsroom systems connect the tools. Story intelligence organises context. Information physics measures quality and stability. Information holons preserve the identity and provenance of every source, fact, claim and correction.
The website, WordPress and social channels should not each invent their own truth. ANCF maintains one canonical story state and creates channel-specific versions from it.
Outcomes and corrections can improve future work, but learning remains bounded. A useful result cannot silently rewrite policy or grant an agent new authority.
